At a recent breakfast meeting, Kiwanis Club of Ramona welcomed two new members: Dee Chenowth and Ken Dower, both Ramona residents.
Dower, a private investigator, is a retired federal employee. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in World II and the Korean War. Ken Dower was sponsored by Ramona Kiwanis member Pat Bell.
Club member Carol Bazinet sponsored Chenowth. A San Diego native who moved to Ramona in 2011, Chenowth works at PlastiFab in Poway. Her daughter, son-in-law, and three grandsons live in Ramona.
Bell’s son Kevin was a stand in for his father. Paul Tarr, membership chair, inducted the two new members.
