BU14 soccer team wins championship in overtime.

Ramona’s Boys Under 14 soccer team participated in the San Diego Open Soccer Tournament in Santee, July 28 and 29, and won the championship game

The Ramona team began by winning two out of three preliminary games,  placing second in their bracket, and advancing to the championship game.

The championship game between Ramona and Olympicos ended in a 4-4 tie, sending the teams into 10 minute overtime.

After a scoreless overtime they went on to penalty kicks. Ramona won with a 4-2 score.
