Missing teens found

Two teenagers, missing since July 28, have been found, San Diego County Sheriff’s Department reported early Friday evening.

The sheriff’s department on Friday afternoon reported that the teens, one from Ramona and one from Poway, were missing and asked for the public’s help.

Tyler Thorton, 16, of Ramona and Ashlee Bizell, 17, were last seen in Poway and believed to be together on foot and possibly in the Poway, Ramona, or Lakeside area, according to the sheriff’s statement.

The Sheriff’s Department had reason to believe Bizell may have feared for her safety and was possibly being held against her will.

They weren't missing, they ran away. They were fine. There is a difference here. It happens all the time. Let's not down play the importance of kids that really go missing.
