I spoke to three people and described this article. One guy actually laughed when he heard about it. NO ONE AT THE SDCWA HAS EVER HEARD OF ERNIE GARRET 2. ERNIE GARRET HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH LOWERING WATER RATES 3. THERE WERE REPRESENTATIVES FROM ABOUT HALF OF THE WATER AGENCIES, THE OTHER HALF, INCLUDING RAMONA SENT "RESOLUTIONS OF SUPPORT. His ramblings do not even make sense, if all 25 water companies sent someone and they all brought representatives from their community, plus top managers from the water authority, plus representatives from all parts of San Diego County…that would be a lot more than 40 bus riders? Oops must be an “Ernism” (a lie so stupid that it is impossible). “Tag Along Ernie” wants us to believe he had some part to play in “reducing proposed rate increases” because he showed up at one meeting? Oops another giant lie…typical Ernie. We are all sick of the damage Ernie has done to the SDCEA, wasting homeowner’s monies, aggravating everyone and generally making a fool of himself. Now I hear he wants to run for RMWD. He must think the Estates is full of idiots. Good riddance, no one at the SDCEA will miss this nonsense.
