In addition to telling folks to call the police, maybe the news should give a lawyers or deputies' comments on the legalities of shooting someone in their home. Nice info to know. Dont be like the idiot who shot two burglars wounding them, then walks over and finishes them off. KNOW the law people.

My company has a set of security cameras that can be motion actived to capture who is about your home and property. It is viewable from any computer and is inexpensive to purchase and so is the plan for storing the images captured. See VueZone.com
We have customer reports of them using it to discover whos been in their property without permission. It is also great to keep an eye on pets such as horses.

Tell the burglars to come on over here and give it a whirl. 90% of the people on this street are armed, we get together and practice shooting every month!
I'd love to put some 00 buck shot in the perps chest and head….
Not gonna sneak in either, my dogs bark if my cat farts…
