When the County found out, they backed out of the $2 million dollar loan that they were going to provide RMWD at ultra low interest rates. Now RMWD is once again raising rates illegally without a rate study to provide the nexus required by State Law. Could be 8.4%, could be 5%, could be 2%, where the wheel stops knowbody knows . . .
