Its really about Caltrans getting the Traffic Impact Fees. If you look at the plans, they eventually will realign Warnock Drive/Dye Road along with the improvements to Ramona Street, and the impending passing of the Housing Project that will cause the Dye Road/Main Street/Mussy Grade area to be widened (eminent domain). And someone is thinking about loosing farm land who does not own the land.....Maybe a developer who wants to build apartments or houses down the road in time? SDG&E will profit from the panels with state and federal monies as well as cheap generation. What will the public get? Will the public get lower rates? Ha Ha Ha!
