I have gone to that school and had Hall. I think Hall is a horrific person (I aced his class so no it's not because I failed) he has the maturity level of a 13 year old boy. He should not be a teacher. If he has said "I want to hit your behavior" or something along the lines of such, but no he showed his immaturity and said he wanted to hit the child. The child may be in the wrong, bot so is the teacher. Hard to act like a grown up when your role model has the maturity of a child.
