		<description>If you keep all the three story buildings in the small &quot;downtown&quot; area, you will only add to the current traffic crush and contribute to the crowding of the only downtown school, Ramone Elementary.  Seems like it would make more sense to have the three story rule at the top of the hill on Main Street (for the view) and at the other end of town near the last traffic light. This is where the road will soon be widened to take care of the cars.  
The Chamber and/or Planning has made a huge mistake in crowding everything into  
the area by the Post Office. Traffice backs up here for two or three blocks, sometimes, and the apartments off the sixteenth street area are one reason why. The traffice from these places was never allowed for, and children have to cross the dangerous hightway to reach the only school. Another school on the north side of Hwy 78 would be a helpful thing, too.
