It's very obvious that it was purposefully done- even Chairman Roberts made comment to this. Diane Jacobs also seems to have some sort of vested interest in all of this. Since the start of the last meeting and the first mention of continuance, she was the only one who tried to convince the chairman of pushing the continuance even farther out then the discussed March 28th date. At the end of the meeting she was the only one who was apparently trying to find other reasons to make this more drawn out - even after the chairman said he wanted to resolve this on the 28th.
