Celebrating Dr. Seuss at Ramona Library

For the third year, Ramona Library will partner with local teachers in Delta Kappa Gamma/Iota Rho to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday by reading his stories, participating in Crazy Hat and other crafts, and encouraging reading for people of all ages.

The celebration will start at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 2, in the Kids & Family area of Ramona Library, 1275 Main St.

The event is part of the Read Across America program, a National Education Association project.

For more information, call JP Baker at the library at 760-788-5270.
