LENTEN FISH FRY—Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, the all-you-can-eat dinner is from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the church’s Social Center at Sixth and E streets. Cost is $9.50 for adults, $4.50 for children under age 12, and $25 for families of two adults and two or more children under age 12. Dinner includes Atlantic cod, fries or mashed potatoes, cole slaw, rolls, and coffee/punch. A bowl of clam chowder is $1.50. Ice cream is $1.

PLAY BALL—Supervisor Dianne Jacob will be at Ramona Girls Softball Opening Day Ceremonies at 10 a.m. at the softball fields off Fifth Street and Aqua Lane.

RAMONA TEA’D—David Horowitz, one of the founders of the radical New Left in the 1960s and now with the David Horowitz Free Center to defend the principles of individual freedom, rule of law, private property and limited government, is the guest speaker at the Ramona Tea’d forum in Ramona Mainstage.
