Brownie troop to host ‘Girl Scout’s World Thinking Day’

Girl Scouts are invited to an evening of “Celebrating Girl Scout’s World Thinking Day” in the Ramona Library Community Room on Friday, Feb. 10.

The meeting, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., is organized by Ramona Brownie Girl Scout Troop No. 8419 and a Juliette Cadette.

Members of Troop 8419 will share what World Thinking Day means to all Girls Scouts. Attendees will earn a Fun Patch, but they must RSVP to receive a patch.

Girl Scout Juliettes are Scouts not affiliated with a troop. Girls must be Girl Scouts to attend the event. Registration forms will be available at the event. Annual registration fee is $12.

Cost of the event is $2. Parents will be needed to help with some of the crafts and games. All are welcome to “jump in and join the fun.” More information: 760-535-8055.
