During the 2007 wildfires there was no water available in Ramona because the power to the pumps was disrupted. Now, we are in the fire season of 2011 and there are still no generators for the pump stations? If the RMWD cannot afford to purchase generators they should certainly prepare a method of quickly connecting a generator and arrange for rental power.
