It’s library card month
September is Library Card Sign Up Month, and San Diego County Library is celebrating at its 33 branch libraries and two bookmobiles.
A San Diego County Library card gives customers access to 33.7 million books, movies, and music. The library gives children and teens access to free online homework help and in-person tutoring sessions.
Tutoring sessions in Ramona Library, 1275, Main St., are at 4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.
Children and teens can also access free homework help online with their library card by visiting www.sdcl.org. Brainfuse HelpNow includes a 24-hour writing lab and homework question center, as well as tutoring in math, science, reading/writing, and test prep.
Visit www.sdcl.org or Ramona’s new library for more information.
