No Rick. A friend of mine has told me that nothing has been done since 2007. RMWD just sits around and talks about what they can't do. Then again, a 1000 gallon tank of diesel to feed a generator in the middle of a fire isn't the smartest move either. Their best bet is for them to get the Bargar treatment plant up an running so there's a local water supply, but they just sit around talking about how they can't do that either. They're absolutely incompetent.

Didn't this same situation occur in Oct 2007 during the wildfires-- no working generators at the pump station? I had thought that RMWD had addressed this issue, so that Ramona would not be without water during the next emergency. Am I mistaken?
