I am against this as once again outsiders are dictating what we want. We don't want more traffic on Main St. We want to keep our rural character! AND when Mira Mesa Mall was built, the people of San Diego County and City had been promised that vernal pools were protected and would not be harmed. Heck it was a LAW that they were protected - BUT then the 'Ooooops Factor' happened.

A bulldozer 'Accidentally' destroyed the vernal pools. The City and County government said "Oooops My Bad' and then said well - what's done is done - cement it all over and make a bigger parking lot.

SO NO WE DO NOT TRUST PLACEMAKERS! We already have a place we do not need you to remake it!

The next suggestion from them will to make us generic with phony Spanish architecture and lots and lots of stucco.

Leave us alone! Go Away!

With the lights and up;grading the city streets, who is going to pay for all this? Why cant the street be upgraded with just a few lights rather than changing the rural atmospher. I am against the changes, becuase the people of Ramona Will end up paying for all this . I do not like the idea of having more traffic congestion from people invading the town and having more something that will attract more revenue, I am opposed to this and i want to leave Ramona as is , Rural.
