More compensation? For what? People that get elected to these positions need to realize that it is for the good of the community not to pad their pockets. I would gladly volunteer my time Pro Bono to keep Ramona a respectable place and not turn it into Chicago. If you money hungry politician types don't like it, move. Are you kidding me? Even the board members rejected the option to talk about it themselves. Is it time for a new Water District Board Director? If he wants more money to attract "professionals" is he saying that the current members are not professional?
