Every time Calfire fills up their air tankers to fight fires in other areas, they steal millions of gallons of water that Ramona residents end up paying for. Someone should investigate what really happened in the 2007 Witch creek fire and how much water was used by the air attack base. The County airport knows about this water theft and just turns a blind eye.
