Eagle Scout
Ramona’s newest Eagle Scout, Carl Highley III of Troop 130, stands with Troop 130 Scoutmaster Tom Andrews after his Eagle Scout Board of Review last Thursday evening. Highley is the son of Eileen and Carl Highley. For his Eagle Scout project, Highley designed and constructed eight shelving units for Ramona Elementary School. Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouting program. Troop 130 is sponsored by Congregational Church of Ramona.
