School district offers Summer Camp of field trips, swimming and more

Ramona Unified School District is offering its Extended Student Services Summer Camp again this summer.
The program will start on Monday, June 21, and sign-ups may be by the week for $115 per week.
A number of field trips, swimming and other fun enrichment activities are planned, and, for the first time, a district teacher will be on staff to assist with educational support for the children.
The program will be at Ramona Elementary at 415 Eighth St. and will run from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Nutritional meals are provided free until August through the Summer Meal Program, a federally funded program.
Registration forms are available online at or the District Office at 720 Ninth St.
   For more information call 760-787-2050.
