Deputies search for suspected robber

   Ramona sheriff’s deputies and San Diego County Sheriff’s ASTREA helicopter search on the ground and from the air for a suspected armed robber in the Santa Maria Creek bed Monday.  According to authorities, the suspect, a 6-foot hispanic male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, was involved in an attempted robbery on the property of Arco AM/PM gas station at 10th and Main streets Monday morning.
