Coldwell Banker welcomes Zeller

   Coldwell Banker Country Realty welcomes Melinda Zeller to its award-winning team of real estate agents.

She grew up in the Midwest and said she was drawn to Ramona by its small-town America community values and atmosphere.
   She and her husband Nikos have lived in Ramona for four years and have two sons: Nikos, 9, and Blake, 3.
   “Melinda prides herself on her commitment to advance her clients’ best interests and her professionalism, which is shown by her continuing education in the real estate field,” said Katie McNorton, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Country Realty. “She has the National Association of Realtors designation as a ‘short sale’ Qualified agent.”
   In addition, Zeller has worked on difficult transactions with some of the largest lenders in America and has a “get it done” reputation, said McNorton.
