Highway 78 rollover

   Ramona emergency personnel watch as a GMC Suburban is rolled upright after a collision on Highway 78 near Olive Street Tuesday afternoon. According to the California Highway Patrol, the driver of the Suburban tried to avoid a rear-end collision with a Range Rover as traffic slowed on Highway 78. There were no injuries.
