Two reported critical in Highway 67 head-on

CalFire/Ramona Fire Department is at scene of a head-on collision involving three vehicles and a motorcycle on Highway 67 at Quail Rock Road that occurred about 11:20 a.m. today. Caltrans reports that Highway 67 is closed at Archie Moore Road and at Highland Valley Road. About a half hour ago, CalFire Capt Nick Schuler said the road closure is expected to last about two hours.
Two accident victims are in critical condition, one moderate and one minor,  Schuler reported. Three fire engines, three paramedic units, one rescue unit and two Mercy Air helicopters responded.
